We're not in Kansas anymore, folks. They have been engineering the weather with scalar technology for decades. The movies and the media have brainwashed us into belief patterns that make it hard to believe that the people in charge could do things like this, but, "They are out to get us, and yes, it is worse than we thought". Hurricane Harvey is not the first, or the last of many engineered disasters. Posting things of this nature never fails to get me shut off by the Lords of FB, but I don't care anymore.
